From 8–15 February 2026, the 24th Boğaziçi European School of Politics Program convened at Arter in Istanbul, where 26 young participants from 15 cities across Türkiye engaged in eight days of learning, dialogue, and critical reflection.
The Winter 2026 Program was designed around a broad interdisciplinary curriculum, covering topics ranging from economic growth and environmental sustainability to human rights law and gender equality. Participants explored subjects including Communication, Social Policy, Theories of the State, the Biodiversity of Anatolia, Türkiye’s Constitutional Journey, and Voter Behaviour, deepening their theoretical understanding while examining contemporary political and social developments from multiple perspectives.
The program was organized with the support of the Council of Europe, the European Endowment for Democracy, the British Embassy in Ankara, the Consulate General of Sweden in Istanbul, the Mercator Foundation, the Özyeğin Foundation, and the Vehbi Koç Foundation.
